Heavy Snow Hits Central Kentucky

Heavy snow fell in the central Kentucky city of Richmond on Thursday, as forecasters watched the system head east.

The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning for the area of central Kentucky, saying that four to eight inches were expected.

The storm is headed up the East Coast and on to New England where it could produce strong winds and deep snow along the way.
