New grades plan 'best we can do other than exams' - Minister.
Schools Minister Nick Gibb has told Sky News that teachers in England defining the grades for students is the "best we can do other than exams".
It comes after the former Director-General at the Department of Education resigned from Ofqual in disagreement with the way grades are to be awarded this summer.
