Biden celebrates administering 50 million COVID vaccine doses.

The U.S. is half way to reaching President Biden's goal of administering 100 million vaccine doses in his first 100 days in office. The milestone comes as researchers raise alarms over a new variant that is spreading rapidly in New York City.
