Arthur Labinjo-Hughes: Vigil held as national investigation is launched.

A vigil has been held in Solihull to remember six-year-old Arthur Labinjo-Hughes as a national investigation into his murder is announced.

An independent review will identify the lessons to be learned from Arthur's death, in June last year, for the benefit of other children elsewhere in England.
