TOWER Bridge has been flooded and Tube stations are underwater after "intense" torrential rain continues to batter Brits in the capital.
Parts of London are already surrounded by floodwater as the UK faces power outages and transport delays caused by the deluge - but sunny weather is on the way.
Video clips show the famous London landmark underwater with the weather causing travel chaos - as buses and cars are struggling to make it through the deluge.
The capital is predicted to be one of the worst-hit areas in terms of rainfall in the morning, following the Met Offices' severe weather warning.
The North Circular Road and the District Line on the London Underground have also been hit by the torrential rain - as the UK braces for more downpours throughout the day.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain across much of England on Tuesday before the mercury soars to 22C on Thursday.
Torrential downpours are expected to last until 9pm tonight - with a chance of very heavy rainfall for some, leading to disruption.
Flooding is expected in homes and businesses, and transport is set to be delayed as rain continues to disrupt roads, trains, and buses.
