What can we expect from the Tory party conference?

The Prime Minister is promising to focus on "levelling up" as the Conservative Party conference begins in Manchester.

He said there will also be extra funding for public transport and women’s safety.

But some Tory backbenchers are reported to be uneasy about the PM’s message when poorer members of society are hit by increased taxes and benefit cuts.
