Kherson Regional State Administration released a video on Thursday (November 24) showing aftermath of a missile strike on what was said to be a residential building in Kherson.
The video showed Kherson region governor, Yaroslav Yanushevych, walking at the scene, and talking to residents.
Reuters was not able to verify the location of the footage or the date it was filmed.
“Russian occupiers shelled a residential area of the city using artillery and multiple rocket launchers. Due to the shelling, a multi-storey residential building caught fire”, Yanushevych said in a post on social media.
He added that missiles also got at a children's playground.
