Distraught Residents of Flood-Stricken UK Village Evacuate.

▶️ Many residents in the English village of Fishlake were forced to abandon their homes, Saturday, November 9, as severe flooding swept into houses. Heavy rains predicted to continue.
👉 Locals were evacuated by emergency response staff as another severe weather warning has been issued by Britain's Environment Agency.
People left homes via the windows of their buildings and were transported to evacuation centers by boats and tractors.
On Friday, November 8, a woman was found dead in the flood after severe storms brought a month's rainfall in less than 24 hours to parts of central and northern England. Police said the woman's body had been found near a stretch of the River Derwent near the town of Darley Dale in Derbyshire.
There were more than 150 alerts in other areas of the country where the Environment Agency cautioned that flooding was either expected or possible. (Reuters)
