U.S Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday (November 29) accused Russia of turning parts of the Black Sea into a 'war zone' and pledged to reinforce NATO's presence there.
Blinken said Russia was responsible for one of the worst food security crises in years.
'Were not going to be deterred going forward. We're going to be reinforcing NATO's presence from the Black to the Baltic Seas," Blinken said during a joint news conference with his Romanian counterpart.
Blinken arrived in Romania on Monday (November 28) evening ahead of meetings with NATO allies and foreign ministers from the Group of Seven advanced economies.
