Ukraine's top security official has told Sky News Russia may launch a major new offensive within two to three weeks.
Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, said he wasn't rulling anything out in the near term and warned the "defining months" of the war would be the next two to three months.
He was speaking as the UK said it would not be sending F-16 fighter jets to Kyiv.
