Watch live on February 19 at 3:10 p.m. ET: President Biden is delivering remarks after he tours a Pfizer manufacturing facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he will meet with workers who are producing the COVID-19 vaccine.

Mr. Biden’s visit to Pfizer’s largest production plant comes as he pledged that the U.S. would contribute up to $4 billion to get doses of the COVID-19 vaccine into poor and developing countries.
