Thousands of dead fish have been found in Lebanon's Qaraoun Lake in Lebanon's western Bekaa region.
Many said pollution in one of Lebanon's largest lakes has killed the fish.
Lake Qaraoun has been polluted for many years because factories dump their waste into the Litani River, which flows into the lake.
Another problem is that the sewage of some villages ends up in the Litani River as well, further polluting the lake.
There had been cases in which fish died, but not in these numbers.
