Rwandan woman faces up to 2 years in jail for 'indecent' dress - DW News.

In Rwanda, a woman is facing two years in jail for what authorities call 'indecent' dressing. Liliane Mugabekazi was arrested in early August after a photo of her wearing a transparent dress in public went viral. Police then held her for 12 days until she was granted bail. Her court hearing is expected soon.
