The international community has a 'moral obligation' to recognise the Taliban government in Afghanistan, one of its most senior spokesmen has told Sky News.
Abdul Qahar Balkhi also told Special Correspondent Alex Crawford that his government had a 'lot of respect for women' and they 'do not threaten women ever'.
