MOMENT rapist cop David Carrick is arrested before getting 30 years in behind bars for a string of sexual crimes.
CCTV footage released by the North Yorkshire Police shows a man swinging a seagull above his head, before throwing it at a brick wall. He later hurls the gull across the street.
Richard Kitching, 43, pleaded guilty to animal cruelty offences at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court on Monday, February 7, where he was given a 32-week suspended prison sentence.
RSPCA inspector Geoff Edmond said: “This gull has been tossed about like an object with total disregard for this bird’s feelings. It will have suffered pain and distress as a result of this unnecessary attack.”
