Two Russian missiles hit the centre of Kharkiv on Sunday morning (February 5), with one of the missiles striking a university building, the director of the facility said.
The strike destroyed several floors of the university of urban economy located in Kharkiv's historical centre, director Volodymyr Babaiev said, saying it was not the first attack on the campus.
"This is the third time since the war started. However, this time it was a direct hit on the central building. Three floors have been destroyed."
Local governor Oleh Synehubov told Ukrainian television that the university building was hit by a S-300 missile.
