Republican lawmakers in Michigan voted to repeal a law that gave the state's Democratic governor emergency powers during the pandemic. The Detroit Free Press' government and politics reporter David Boucher joins "Red and Blue" anchor Elaine Quijano with more on the state's battle over pandemic restrictions and the latest on the investigation into an alleged plot to kidnap the governor last year.
