Mount Etna Continues to Erupt in Italy

Mount Etna continued to send lava and rocks spewing into the sky over the weekend.

Italian Institute of Volcanology Director Stefano Branca said, Monday, February 22, the eruptions pose no threat to nearby towns.

So far there have been no injuries or damage in the area surrounding the volcano, but Branca said the eruptions have been getting more intense. (AP)
