Man trapped in sinking car - tense rescue
A video company shooting a mock emergency services rescue operation found themselves covering a real-life rescue of a man from a sinking car.
The First Arriving video company was working to produce a firefighter recruitment video on Sunday off the Port of Maryland when a vehicle drove off a marina parking lot and into the water.
A rescue diver, already wearing the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment for the video, leaped into action to help rescue of the driver, who was trapped in the sinking vehicle.
The driver was pulled from the vehicle, loaded into rescue boat and taken to hospital with minor injuries.
