US Election: How will hurricane hit Louisiana vote?.

Polling shows that most Americans have already decided who they will vote for, but a key group of undecided voters could hold the balance of power and swing the election in either direction.

They are the people who walk up to the ballot box - and choose then. Their choices could help change the outcome in a range of states.
