RUSSIAN shelling devastates village outside Kyiv, Ukraine as the homes of over 200 civilians are destroyed.
The Pidgayne village near the capital Kyiv, shows the deepest traces of the war that continued for more than two months between Russia and Ukraine, are seen.
The village which was home to 200 people, was one of the severely bombed places.
The village was bombed by planes that as of mid-March, 80 % of the houses were damaged and are abandoned turning the place a "ghost" village.
"On March 14, our houses were bombed. Nobody expected this. The windows and doors of my houses were destroyed. I was injured too. I still have scars on my face,” Nina, one of the residents of the village told Anadolu Agency.
