COVID-19: Scottish only inquiry welcomed by families who lost relatives inside care homes.
The Scottish government says an independent inquiry into its handling of the coronavirus pandemic will begin before the end of the year.
The UK-wide inquiry is set to begin in the Spring of 2022.
Families who lost people welcomed the inquiry with over 10,000 people dead in the period since the pandemic began.
