Weathering the Storm - Part 1

Catastrophic storm after catastrophic storm has left the people of southwestern Louisiana stretched to the breaking point. Many have simply left the region. Others realize that change must come if they want to preserve their homes and way of life. But some feel like transitioning from the oil and gas industry that feeds their economy depends also on the actions of consumers worldwide. Residents hope change comes soon. They are, as one resident says, "the tip of the spear" and warn of the consequences for coastal communities worldwide.
