Shadow Chancellor Anneliese Dodds has accused the Government of "kicking the can down the road when it comes to business rates reform" so they could be cut ahead of the next general election.
Ahead of Wednesday's Budget, Ms Dodds called on the Chancellor to be 'determined' to protect jobs and 'secure our recovery' from the pandemic.
