Shadow financial secretary, James Murray, has told Sky News the Prime Minister has been made to "look ridiculous" after receiving a fixed penalty notice for not wearing a seatbelt.
He said it shows Rishi Sunak is "not on top of his job" and also criticised the Prime Minister for standing by the Conservative Party Chair, Nadhim Zahawi.
Mr Sunak had to pay a fine after he appeared without a seatbelt in a video on Instagram as he promoted his levelling-up funding in Lancashire.
