Nadhim Zahawi has admitted he paid a tax settlement with HMRC over the allocation of shares his father took when he set up YouGov.
In a statement, he said tax error was "careless and not deliberate" and he wanted to "address some of the confusion" about his finances after Labour called for him to be sacked.
