Budget 2023: UK will avoid a recession this year - Chancellor.

The UK is expected to avoid a technical recession in 2023, according to the Office for Budget Responsibility, Jeremy Hunt has announced.

"In the face of enormous challenges, I report today on a British economy which is proving the doubters wrong," the Chancellor told the Commons.
