A victim of child sexual assault in Greater Manchester will receive an apology from the police who failed to help her.
A review into historic allegations of child sexual exploitation in Oldham, Greater Manchester found the police's treatment toward her was negligible and may even have been 'covered up'.
She is to receive an apology from the police and the council but she says 'the damage is done'.
Sky's Becky Cotterill has spoken to her. A warning - this report contains details of violent sexual assault.
