Watch Live: Kentucky Governor Beshear on state's tornado response - CBSN.

Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear will provide an update on the state’s response to tornado damage at 12 p.m. ET on Tuesday as emergency teams continue sifting through debris. Beshear said on Monday at least 74 people were killed in his state and it may take weeks before the final death toll is known.
