DRAMATIC CCTV footage shows the moment a passenger bus crashes into freezing cold lake as passengers fight for their lives in Turkey.

Officials investigated after a city bus crashed into a lake in Battalgazi, Malatya, Turkey, on Wednesday, January 25, Selahattin Gurkan, the mayor of the Malatya Metropolitan Municipality, said.

Security cameras in the area and on the bus itself captured the dramatic accident. Footage provided by the Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Fire Service shows the crash and emergency responders working to rescue the passengers.

Local news outlets reported that the bus crashed after the driver lost control, leaving four people injured.
