Russia has been accused of genocide and war crimes by Ukraine, after video footage emerged of civilians in a town just outside Kyiv, shot in the head, some with their hands tied behind their backs.
The Ukrainian former boxer Wladimir Klitschko, the brother of Kyiv's mayor, posted a video on social media from the town.
