Dr. Fauci «hopeful» about COVID vaccine, but warns there's «no guarantee»

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, testified at a Senate committee hearing Tuesday on progress towards getting Americans back to work and school amid the coronavirus pandemic.
