Sky News' Thomas Moore looks at how vulnerable the UK's sub-sea gas, electrical and internet connections might be.
It comes as two underwater Nord Stream natural gas pipelines were damaged in a suspected act of sabotage, with the EU warning of retaliation for any attack on Europe's energy networks.
