Prime Minister Boris Johnson gives a statement to the House of Commons 'not to mitigate or excuse' what happened in Downing Street during the COVID-19 lockdown, but to explain.
He took 'full responsibility' and was 'humbled' by what had happened, and said he was 'surprised and disappointed' to learn what had happened while the country was in lockdown.
Civil servant Sue Gray has published her report into events, admonishing leadership in Whitehall at the time.
