Russian President Vladimir Putin was caught off guard by technical issues at the online U.S. climate summit on Thursday as he tried to give his speech.
After being asked to make his address, Putin was seen sitting at his desk and looking around.
Taken by surprise by the moment of silence, one of the hosts of the event, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, gave the floor to Putin and after some more silence, the Russian president was able to start his speech.
