California Chef Raises $375,000 For Struggling Restaurant Workers - NBC Nightly News.
Chef Andrew Gruel’s restaurant is serving a “community burger,” free with a donation, to help restaurant workers in need, and customers have stepped up in a big way. More than $375,000 have been given to more than 400 individuals.
