Archie Battersbee's family submit last minute bid
The family of Archie Battersbee have submitted an application to the European Court of Human Rights to postpone the withdrawal of his life support treatment.
Archie's support was set to be withdrawn at 11am today, but will not be switched off whilst the application is being considered.
