Sex. Consent. Education. - CBS Reports

"Sex education is a hotly debated topic in the United States. How, when, and what should kids learn about sex? Only 24 states require sex ed, but none teach it the same way. Experts fear that this lack of consistency is failing students, especially when it comes to addressing the basics of consent and sexual assault prevention. In this episode of CBS Reports, we'll go inside the classroom, and speak with the people pushing for more well-rounded sex education. This documentary was first published on April 26, 2019.
