CCTV Shows Panic in Kremenchuk as Mall Struck

Footage obtained from surveillance cameras in a Kremenchuk city park shows the moment a missile struck a shopping mall Monday, killing at least 19 and injuring 62 people.

CCTV footage from the park provided to The Associated Press shows the moment of impact from several angles, with people running to find cover as the missile hit the nearby mall.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied that Russian forces targeted the shopping mall.
