Ukraine's State Emergency Service (DSNS) released a video on Friday (May 20) it said showed a Russian airstrike hitting the Cultural Centre building in Lozova, in Kharkiv region.
Dense smoke rose from the building following the explosion.
In the aftermath of the airstrike, emergency services were seen working at the scene to put out the fire.
The building in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) video matches Google images of the Cultural Centre in Lozova.
Further details were not immediately available and Reuters was unable to independently verify the official release.
Moscow's invasion, which it calls a "special operation" to disarm Ukraine and protect it from fascists, has jolted European security. Kyiv and its Western allies say the fascism assertion is a baseless pretext for an unprovoked war of aggression.
