Biden BUNGLES the word ‘escalate’ & Sen Ted Cruz falls ASLEEP in first Congress speech.

PRESIDENT Joe Biden had a number of errors during his first address to Congress, but the most jarring was flubbing over the word "escalation" in regards to Russia.

"With regard to Russia, I made very clear to Putin that we're not going to seek escalation, excuse me" Biden said while taking a while to get over the last word.

SENATOR Ted Cruz appeared to be fighting back sleep on Wednesday night as President Joe Biden gave his first formal address to Congress.

The moment took place more than an hour into Biden's speech, when the camera cut to the Texas senator as the president spoke about his plans for immigration reform.
