Shocking moment a fallen icicle smashed through the windshield of a parked SUV in northern China.
CCTV footage taken in Heilongjiang province on November 17 shows the vehicle's driver chatting with his friend when the ice fell and almost hit his head. It allegedly broke off from the 16th floor of a nearby building.
The driver, Mr. Bai, said: 'If I boarded the car two seconds earlier, I wouldn't be so lucky.'
The building's owner agreed to cover 80% of the car repair costs.
