Russian missile strikes crowded shopping mall - DW News.
Ukraine's President Volodimir Zelenskyy has urged the United Nations to expel Russia as a member, and label it a terrorist state. He addressed the UN Security Council, after a Russian missile struck a shopping mall, killing at least 18 people. Russia claims it didn't target the mall, but fired on a weapons depot nearby.
DW correspondent Nick Connolly is in Kremenchuk and knows more about the video released by the Ukrainian Government that it says shows the moment the missile struck the mall.
