A Russian attack on a hospital in Ukraine's Dnipro has killed at least two people and left dozens injured. Dnipro is one of the several cities targeted overnight. Russia's latest wave of attacks are believed to be aimed at disrupting an expected Ukrainian counteroffensive. Despite the hospital strike in Dnipro, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says his country is making progress boosting its air defenses.
