BREAKING: COVID-19 - 'This has to be the last lockdown', says Keir Starmer.

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer has responded to the Prime Minister's four-step plan by saying this lockdown must be the last one.

He also called for the mass vaccination of teachers, and urged Boris Johnson to revisit the idea so that schools can stay open.
