Breaking News: Manchester Arena attack report finds 'serious shortcomings in security'.

The inquiry into the Manchester Arena bombing has found security failings on the night resulted in multiple missed opportunities to prevent the attack, saying it's highly likely more lives could have been saved.

Sir John Saunders announced the findings which the first of three volumes that will later be published.

22 people were killed and hundreds injured when Salman Abedi detonated a device at the end of an Ariana Grande concert.
