Cost of living is 'terrifying' for vulnerable people.

Vulnerable people are 'terrified' with the cost of food and energy rising and the National Insurance tax increasing in April.

Downing Street has insisted that the Prime Minister and the Chancellor are fully committed to the levy increase that will be used to fund the NHS and social care.
