Partly Demolished Building Collapses Onto Road in Taiwan.

A six-story partly demolished building collapsed onto a road in Taiwan’s Hualien City, Friday, October 1, as it was being torn down.

No casualties have been reported so far.

Local media reported that demolition work started two weeks ago, and nearby residents commented the building was leaning earlier in the day.

Search and rescue teams are still investigating the cause and are continuing the search for potential casualties. (REUTERS)
