Survivor of family massacre fears her convicted stepbrother could be released.

When 9-year-old Jessi came home one morning in April 1989, she found police working a crime scene. Authorities had to tell the little girl that her parents and two sisters had all been murdered. Years later, Jessi's stepbrother Jeff Pelley was convicted of the killings. On this week's "48 Hours," Jessi talks about what it has been like to live in fear of her stepbrother, who claims innocence and is trying to get released
