30,000 North Carolina Residents Still Without Power After Power Grid Breach.

In North Carolina, crews are trying to restore power to more than 30,000 residents after someone breached and brought down two power substations with gunfire, according to officials. NBC News’ Blayne Alexander has more details on the investigation.
